Great SIP client but multitasking doesnt work

This SIP client is fast and works perfectly with my sipgate.de voip provider.

Anyway I didnt give this app five stars because because the background service and the push messages doesnt work.

Under IOS 7 you can get incomming calls only if the app is open.
